Showing the problem of footnote numbers missing in text
This is the web page and there is a footnote after “1957” on the 5th line down of text
However when converted to pdf the footnote after 1957 disappears (it’s on the 6th line down of text)
There are four other footnotes which disappear… including footnote 4 at the very end of the paragraph
